HOW CAN I GET THE MAJORITY OF MY ASSOCIATES TO PARTICIPATE?

1. Make an announcement to each associate in a team meeting that the company is trying to update the website images of all the associates for the 2008 business year and will not be able to do so without their participation. Let them know that you have made arrangements for a photographer to come in to the office and all they have to do is sign up to have their photo taken (total time is only 10 minutes). There is no cost to them to have their photo updated, but that you encourage them (if they like their photos) to pre-purchase a package as the photographers produce the most convenient photography solution (at the office), with the shortest time investment (10 minutes), the fastest turnaround time in the industry (instant delivery of images on CD), and 100% satisfaction guaranteed (or they will re-shoot the images at no additional charge until they are completely satisfied)
2. Put a copy of the promotional flyer in each associates mailbox (we provide).
3. Email the promotional .PDF flyer to all associates to motivate them even more (we provide)!

And lastly, we understand that referrals are the key to our long lasting success so we will provide everyone we photograph (including you) with a special referral website link that will enable them to earn a percentage (10%) of all future photography sessions that are referred to us by them.
Which means when you agree to let us send a photographer to your office next week you will not only receive a $500.00 photography and marketing package for yourself, but you will also receive a 10% referral fee of all sales generated by you that you can use for your own personal or business use.
